Card On File Policy 

At Hair By Brooke & Co., we are committed to providing every client with a high-quality, relaxing salon experience. To ensure appointments run smoothly and on time, we kindly ask that clients arrive promptly for their scheduled services. Additionally, to make booking as seamless as possible, we require a valid credit or debit card to be kept on file.


Card on File Policy 

  1. WYour payment information is securely stored and protected.
  2. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking but may be used in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies.
  3. The card on file will only be charged for last-minute cancellations or no-shows, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
  4. Any charges due to policy violations will be processed automatically, with a receipt sent to you.

Cancelation Policy 

At Hair By Brooke & Co., we are committed to providing each client with the highest level of service and attention to detail. Our time, like yours, is valuable, and we schedule each appointment to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. To continue offering the best availability and service, we kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance.


Cancellations & Recheduling 

We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change unexpectedly. However, when an appointment is canceled on short notice, it becomes difficult to fill that time slot with another client. As a result, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules.


  1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid any fees.


  1. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost. This fee is necessary to compensate for the lost appointment time and to respect the stylist’s schedule.


No-Show Policy 

At Hair By Brooke & Co., we are dedicated to providing every client with exceptional service and a personalized salon experience. In order to respect the time of both our stylist and our valued clients, we have a strict no-show policy in place.


No Show Fees & Consequences 

  1. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without calling, texting, or rescheduling in advance, you will be charged 75% of the total service cost.


  1. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. If the fee remains unpaid, you will not be able to schedule with us again.


  1. Clients who have two or more no-show appointments may be required to prepay in full or leave a non-refundable deposit when booking future services.

       How to Avoid a No Show Fee

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you:

  1. Call or text us as soon as possible to let us know you can’t make it.


  1. If you need to reschedule, do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.


  1. Set a reminder for your appointment to ensure you arrive on time.



Late Arrival Policy 

At Hair By Brooke & Co., we are committed to providing exceptional service while respecting the time of both our clients and stylists. To ensure that all appointments run smoothly, we have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.


What happens If You're Late 

  1. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time and contact us, we will do our best to accommodate you.
  2. If we can still complete your service, we may need to shorten it based on the remaining time, and we will adjust accordingly.
  3. If you do not contact us within the 15-minute grace period, we will treat your appointment as a no-show and charge a no-show fee.
  4. If we are unable to complete the service due to the late arrival, we will treat it as a last-minute cancellation and apply our last-minute cancellation fee.


    How to Avoid a Late Arrival Fee

  1. We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure we have plenty of time to give you the best service possible.
  2. If you're running late, please call or text us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Refund Policy

At Hair By Brooke & Co., we are dedicated to providing every client with exceptional service and a luxury salon experience. 


         No Refund Policy - But We'll Make It Right 

At Hair By Brooke & Co, your satisfaction is our top priority! While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you love your hair. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment by calling or texting (239) 699-8461. We’ll schedule a consultation and a follow-up adjustment with your original stylist to make it perfect. Adjustments must align with the original service and cannot be used to change the original request.





         E-Gift Card Policy 

Hair By Brooke & Co e-gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or used to purchase another gift card, except where required by law. E-gift cards must be redeemed within two (2) years from the date of purchase—any remaining balance beyond this period will be forfeited. Hair By Brooke & Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of e-gift cards. By purchasing or using an e-gift card, you agree to these terms.
