Booking Policies

 

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system. To secure your spot, a valid credit card must be on file. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, and a late fee may apply.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of all scheduled services. No-shows will be charged a fee of 100%.

    Repeat no-shows may result in the need to prepay for future appointments

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, kindly inform me as soon as possible.

    Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and a late fee may apply.
