If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment by calling or texting (239) 699-8461. We’ll schedule a consultation and a follow-up adjustment with your original stylist to make it perfect. Adjustments must align with the original service and cannot be used to change the original request.
Hair By Brooke & Co e-gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or used to purchase another gift card, except where required by law. E-gift cards must be redeemed within two (2) years from the date of purchase—any remaining balance beyond this period will be forfeited. Hair By Brooke & Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of e-gift cards. By purchasing or using an e-gift card, you agree to these terms.
